My one to one sessions are bespoke, designed specifically for you based on the information you give to me during our meetings. I spend time listening to your needs, helping you to feel safe and supported throughout your journey. At our first session, I use the opportunity to understand your current situation and gain clarity about your intentions for the future. Then, week by week, we look at your progress and I create the content for each session accordingly.
One to one sessions are available for: anxiety, confidence, stress-relief, sleep problems, loss of self, self-esteem or self-worth, weight issues, feeling lost, lacking motivation and more.
The cost for an initial package is £195 for three sessions and a pre-recorded MP3 for you to use at home.
Sessions may be booked individually at a cost of £65.
