My weekly Bliss Me Quick relaxation classes are a great opportunity to bring calmness and peace into your life. Each class is different in its content, while familiar in its message and format. All you need to do is lie back and relax. You will finish each session feeling lighter, calmer, and able to see more clearly and take control of your thoughts and emotions.
Joe Dispenza (Hay House) once said “You can learn and change in a state of pain and suffering…or you can learn and change in a state of joy and inspiration. Which would you like at this point?” I think he knew about my classes.
Who comes to my classes?
Everyone! If you need more me time, if you want to feel more confident, if you never feel able to really relax, if you feel stressed, are anxious, want to focus on self-care, are having a tough time, if you want to try something new or have an interest in meditation or mindfulness.
The cost is £12 per class, booked in half term blocks.
