I offer female wellbeing and health related workshops.
My nurturing, supportive women’s wellbeing workshops focus on the benefits of living healthily, mind and body, now and for the future. We are together for six hours, normally over four evenings, but sometimes two half days or one whole day. We look at the four key areas of sleep, nutrition, movement and mental wellbeing.
- Mindful Menopause
Wellbeing workshops specifically created for women in peri-menopause (the years before menopause where changes in mood, energy levels, sex drive, sleep and anxiety are noticed) and post-menopause.
